如右圖,當(dāng)瓶子經(jīng)過分瓶螺桿進(jìn)入夾測量裝置1，夾持皮帶 將瓶子進(jìn)行360度旋轉(zhuǎn)一圈后進(jìn)入測試點 進(jìn)行壓力測試。如果瓶子存在泄露 ，其測量壓力將低于正常值。不良品經(jīng)過剔除器時，系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令將其剔除。

瓶子繼續(xù)行進(jìn)，當(dāng)?shù)竭_(dá)測量裝置2時，視覺檢測模塊開始對產(chǎn)品拍照檢測。出現(xiàn)液位不足、高歪蓋、斷環(huán)等缺陷的產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)過剔除器時系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令，將其剔除。



當(dāng)光電測量到瓶子到達(dá)測量裝置1 時，開始對指定區(qū)域的壓力進(jìn)行分析。如上圖，如果系統(tǒng)發(fā)現(xiàn)存在不良品時， 系統(tǒng)會跟蹤到到擊打器位置處時，將其擊打出來。


進(jìn)瓶采用分瓶螺桿,以保持產(chǎn)品間距，保證每一瓶產(chǎn)品被精確跟蹤和檢測。


夾持輸送帶，將瓶子傳輸 進(jìn)來。通過調(diào)節(jié)松緊裝置，來調(diào)整 輸送帶的夾持的壓力，并且將數(shù)顯表顯示。
